Nurse at RGPA
Richmond General Practice Alliance provides the nurses for the extended hours’ access hubs for the London Borough of Richmond.
Nurses’ sessions are very similar to those of a Practice Nurse taking cervical smears, removing stitches/clips, wound management, ECGs and child immunisations. The extended hub does not deal with blood tests, contraception or travel vaccinations.
To work as a nurse for the RGPA you will need to provide the following up to date information:
- NMC certificate
- Current CV
- ID Check Passport/Driving Licence
- Utility Bill
- DBS
- Safe Guarding Adults Level 3
- Safe Guarding Children Level 3
- Basic Life Support
- Child Imms training certificate
- Cervical cytology certificate and smear taker’s number
- References x 2 (should be clinical professional references)
- Smart card No (copy of front and back)
- Vaccination Hep B & MMR
- Covid Vaccinations
