Complaints procedure
Our policy in brief
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
We will initially offer you the opportunity to meet with us to discuss your complaint at a time convenient to you, either in person or over the phone.
If we cannot resolve your complaint at the meeting, or you choose not to take up the offer, we will proceed to an investigation.
A full written response will be made with 20 working days, unless our investigation is still incomplete. In this instance, we will keep you informed of progress, explaining why there is a delay.
If you are making the complaint on behalf of someone else, we will need to ensure that you have their permission to do so. We will need to obtain their consent.
