Richmond PPG Network

The PPG (Patient Participation Group) Network Group is a collaborative platform that brings together representatives from individual PPGs across the Borough. The aim is to amplify the voices of patients by providing a unified space where ideas, concerns, and feedback can be shared openly and constructively. This network serves as a vital link between local patients and practices within the Borough.

Through regular meetings the network enables patients to:

Share experiences and perspectives on local healthcare services
Identify common issues and areas for improvement across different practices
Propose solutions and ideas that can enhance patient care and service delivery
Work collaboratively with the GP Federation to inform and influence positive change

We are proud to share that the PPG Network Group has recently entered a new phase where RGPA will now be facilitating the meetings. This shift empowers members of the network to take a more active role in shaping discussions, setting agendas, and leading on initiatives that matter most to patients.

Meeting Structure and Participation

To maintain active engagement and effective communication, the PPG Network Group meets quarterly, alternating between face-to-face gatherings and virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams. This flexible approach allows members to participate conveniently and comfortably.

To ensure transparency and keep the wider patient community informed, meeting notes and summaries will be regularly uploaded to this website.

Our group welcomes new participants who are part of their practice’s PPG and are passionate about improving health services for all. By coming together, we can help ensure that every patient in the borough has a say in how their care is delivered. We warmly invite all current PPG members from the borough to join the network and help shape the future of local healthcare services.
