Physio self-referral service
RGPA set up a physiotherapy self-referral service in order to:
- Improve access to physio for patients
- Reduce unnecessary appointments with GPs to make these referrals
- Reduce unnecessary MRI scan referrals
This was successful on all counts, and continues to run currently.
You can refer yourself to physiotherapy if you’re registered with a Richmond GP.
